WHAT COURSE DO I NEED TO DO?
HLTAID009 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (Updated annually)
HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid, includes CPR (Updated every 3 years)
(This course INCLUDES CPR please only book one course)
HLTAID012 - Provide First Aid in an Education & Care Setting, includes CPR (Updated every 3 years) (This course INCLUDES CPR please only book one course)
UETDRRF004 - Perform rescue from a Live LV Panel
WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A PUBLIC COURSE?
- Online learning is required to be completed prior to your practical session
(please see course details for details).
- The practical class will take approximately 45 - 90 minutes (depending on course and group size).
During this class there will be a short revision followed by hands on practical training for each unit in your course.
- Certificates are usually issued same day.
- We can accommodate disabilities, please connect with our Customer Service Department to provide details.
- If you are unable to arrange care for your child we have no problem you bringing them with you.
- Our classes are streamlined, relevant, relaxed and fun! "No boring stories -guaranteed!"

I NEED TO CHANGE MY COURSE DATE OR ENROLLED IN THE WRONG COURSE
No problem! Email our Customer Service department and they will make the change for you. Please provide full name, current course date you are booked in for and the date you need to change to.

DO I NEED A USI NUMBER?
You will need a USI (Unique Student Identifier) to register for any course, this is a government requirement.
Creating or finding your USI is quick and easy.
REFUNDS
If you cancel your booking and request a refund please be aware that there will be a service fee to do this. The external payment gateway deducts a fee on all incoming and outgoing transactions. We are not able to absorb the outgoing fee on refund requests.
