Your training is delivered by us! F.A.S.T. First Aid Training and have a third party arrangement with two Registered Training Organisations who issue your certificate.
If you attend HLTAID001 CPR / HLTAID003 PROVIDE FIRST AID / UETTDRRF06B LVR REFRESHER the RTO is Power Safety Training #45198
If you attend HLTAID004 First Aid in a Childcare setting the RTO is The First Aid Group #33268

❓ Is there any pre course work that I need to do?
It depends on the course you organise. We can arrange for pre course work to save time on training day or if you prefer we can do all of the theory and practical on the day. It's completely up to you and the needs of your business.

Absolutely! Training and scenarios will be relevant to your industry and workplace
❓ How do you book and pay?
Registration is done online we can set payment to be made by individuals or we can invoice the company?
❓ When will we get our certificates?
Corporate groups - 3-5 business days after the complete paperwork as been lodged.
* Certificate will be emailed to the address you provided. Check your junk or spam folder if it's not in your inbox!
❓ Do you cater for learning difficulties or disabilities?

Yes if it a group that is doing a refresher the content will be streamlined.
❓ Will it be long and boring?
Absolutely NOT! My motto is “No long boring stories - guaranteed!”
❓ Unique Student Identifier (USI Number)
Sorry but yes you need one to register, it is a government requirement. Its quick and free to register for one.
If you have lost or cannot find your USI number you can log in to retrieve it on the about mentioned website.
❓ Will there be breaks?
Yes but quick stretch breaks (unless you would like to be there all day!!!!) Definitely time to stretch and grab something to eat. Please feel free to bring coffee, snacks and lunch with you.
