Who is delivering my training and issuing my certificate?

Your training is delivered by us! F.A.S.T. First Aid Training and we have a third party arrangement with two Registered Training Organisations who issue your certificate. The certificate issuing RTO for face to face courses is Power Safety Training #45198 The certificate issuing RTO for public courses or when a blended delivery format is used the RTO is Allens Training ##90909

We definitely can! We servce Ipswich, Brisbane, Toowoomba and Gold Coast regions

What size groups can you cater for?

We can cater for groups anywhere from 6 - 200 people

Is there any pre course work that I need to do?

This depends on the course you are doing. We offer multiple delivery options including Face to Face and Blended (Online + Face to Face). This is completely up to you and the needs of your business

Can you tailor the training to suit my groups needs?

Absolutely! Training and scenarios will be relevant to your industry and workplace

How do you book and pay?

Once registration is done online, we can either allow individual payments or we can invoice the company

When will we get our certificates?

For workplace bookings, certificates will be received 3-5 business days after completed paperwork has been lodged. Your certificate will be emailed to address provided on sign up - if you haven't received your certificate, make sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you course is online or you have completed HLTAID004, you will need to log in to the Allen's Training Desk to retrieve your certificate

Do you cater for learning difficulties or disabilities?

Absolutely! We can work with individual needs for the best learning experience

Do you recognise prior learning?

For groups that are doing a refresher course, the content will be streamlined to cater for this

Will it be long and boring?

Absolutely NOT! Our motto is "No long, boring stories - guaranteed!"

Do I need a USI?

Yes you will need a USI (Unique Student Identifier) to register for any course, this is a government requirement. Getting your USI is quick and free, just visit www.usi.gov.au. If you have lost or cannot find your USI number you can also visit www.usi.gov.au to retrieve it

Will there be breaks?

There will be quick stretch breaks with time to grab something to eat. Please feel free to bring coffee, snacks and lunch with you

What course code do I need?

HLTAID009 - CPR Refresher (Updated annually) HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid, inlcudes CPR (Updated every 3 years) - This course code supersedes HLTAID003 HLTAID012 - Provide First Aid in an Education & Care Setting, includes CPR (Updated every 3 years) - This course supersedes HLTAID004
